ABNA24 - The head of the Supreme Council of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought stated: "We now have this grievance and objection: should we allow all kinds of aircraft and missiles to be launched from neighboring countries against our Leader, officials, and people, martyring them, while we remain silent?! This is unacceptable; rather, we must witness a proper stance."
Mawlawi Mohammad Ishaq Madani, head of the Supreme Council of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, in response to Al-Azhar's recent positions regarding the Islamic Republic's defensive actions in the Persian Gulf region, stated: "I believe Al-Azhar's action stems from a lack of justification and awareness. This statement greatly contradicts Al-Azhar's standing. The Islamic Republic has always been respected by its neighbors and has resolved matters with respect while upholding laws and honoring countries."
Mawlawi Madani added: "But now the issue is very different. A foreign entity has come from the soil of a neighboring country, brought its resources onto that land, and used them against another country. Today, America is a pawn of Israel, as we have seen previously when they dropped all kinds of bombs on the oppressed people of Gaza."
The Sunni cleric emphasized: "Today, they are dropping the same bombs on the oppressed people of Islamic Iran, martyring our nation. Who is responsible for this heinous massacre? Such atrocities are unprecedented in human history. They are pursuing a 'Greater Israel' that would encompass all Islamic countries, and it will not stop with Lebanon and Iraq; they also want Mecca and Medina."
He stated: "America has bases in Islamic countries, and from those bases, it kills Muslims with aircraft and missiles, destroys the Islamic nation and its scholars, and martyred our esteemed Leader. In the face of all this oppression and these atrocities, should we remain silent?"
In conclusion, he emphasized: "Neighboring countries should not have given their land to the enemies of Islam to be used against Islam today, as this was a mistake from the beginning. We now have this grievance and objection: should we allow all kinds of aircraft and missiles to be launched from neighboring countries against our Leader, officials, and people, martyring them, while we remain silent?! This is unacceptable; rather, we must witness a proper stance."
